Little Creek Falls is a super short, easy hike leading to a beautiful waterfall near Union, Oregon. Please note there are no services here, so make sure you pack out all trash and come prepared with everything you need for your visit. Download maps & instructions beforehand as there is no service after you leave Union.

This charming waterfall is a great place to cool off on a hot day with lots of places to wade.

On a dry day, it's an easy scramble up to the top of the waterfall. Be careful if the rocks are wet as it can be slippery.

There are more wading pools and a smaller waterfall up above the main waterfall.

More fun places to climb! My kids had a great time scrambling around all of the trees and rocks.

Getting there: From Union, OR follow the signs for Catherine Creek State Park and head East on Highway 203. Turn left on Kofford Lane for a short distance and then right onto High Valley Road. Follow High Valley Road through the canyon and then turn right onto Bates Lane. Continue on Bates lane staying to the left through two forks in the road. Shortly after the road heads into the trees you'll see signs for day use parking. Park in the clearing and walk across the bridge shown below. The trail is to the right.

Eastern Oregon University has an excellent map & instructions on their website, which you can find here.
